01Clear the Stoppage and Explain the Result.
We use a clearing method that fits the drain, line, and blockage we can reach. Once flow is restored, we explain what was cleared and whether the symptom pattern leaves a reason to inspect farther into the line. A cleared line may still need more attention if trouble returns.
02Use a Camera When It Helps Make the Choice.
A camera can be useful for recurring clogs, an uncertain blockage location, suspected roots, or a repair decision. It can show buildup, offsets, breaks, or root intrusion when those conditions are present. We do not treat a camera as an automatic add-on for every ordinary clog.
03Discuss Repair Options in Plain Terms.
If the line needs repair, we explain the options that fit its condition and layout. Some lines may be candidates for trenchless work. Others may need conventional excavation because of collapse, severe offsets, bellies, or other limitations. We tell you what each option is meant to address.
