Standard checks:
  • Corrosion on pipes
  • Safe water pressure feeding the home
  • Inspecting the pipes for leaks in water system (including toilets and fixtures)
  • Sewer drain health
  • Water heater inspection
  • Verify Weatherization of exposed piping prior to freezing season
  • Checking backflow valve
  • Checking water temperatures

Add On:

  • Water Heater Flush: $2/month
    Performed during each maintenance inspection visit includes a heater flush during each visit, pushing scale buildup out of water heater to increase life and performance of the unit. This standard service is $120 for just 2 dollars a month with 2 flushes; this is a $216 dollar savings!
  • Main Line Sewer Cleaning: $5/month
    Performed during each maintenance inspection visit includes a mainline sewer cleaning and clearing plus camera inspection if needed to maintain troublesome drains
  • Mainline & kitchen Drain Line (Cleaning and Maintenance) : $10/month
    includes mainline sewer and Kitchen Lateral Drain cleaning and clearing, plus camera inspection if needed to maintain troublesome drains
  • Septic Maintenance Plan: $2/month
    Includes environmentally safe Septic treatments during visits to maintain the tank and drain field of the system
  • Additional Unit: $10/month

We’ll come out twice a year to make sure everything is running smoothly and provide emergency services when things don’t run smoothly. Experts recommend having your plumbing inspected at least once a year to detect problems before they start. We will inspect exposed plumbing and advise you of any needed repairs, plus we will make recommendations to help ensure your plumbing system is operating properly.
